  The customer below failed to mention some very important details. He came in, told us it was five months since he purchased the magazine from the previous owner, and that he had no receipt. He says he was told the magazine should fit his rifle. FIVE MONTHS? This was our first business transaction with him. His position was either give him a refund, exchange or store credit or else he would never do business with us again. I think his lack of key details below says it all. If he thought he was in the right, he would have mentioned the timeframe and lack of a receipt.

  I purchased some gun magazines from this store. It turns out that the magazines would not fit in my gun as they were supposed to. I tried to return/swap them at the store and was told that the store had recently been bought by a new owner and that I was out of luck. The business is in the same location, same business name, and same invintory. Any business man worth doing business with would have simply swapped it out for me. Glad I learned my lesson with a not so expensive item. Buyers beware! The real kicker is that I have spent alot of money in this store. Have bought several guns from them, some gun acessories and a ton of ammo. If they simply had swapped the magazine (costs approx $20.00) for me they would still be getting my business, but instead they will never see me again.
